Medium: Archival Ink for hand-drawn designs plus watercolor paint for color
Stamping: This painting is signed by hand on the front with detailed certification, date, and CT* stamp on the back
Edition: Each painting is unique, limited quantities available
Shipping & Protection
This painting is placed in a protective clear sleeve with chipboard backing and shipped in a rigid mailer to prevent damage to the artwork during shipping. Tracking will be provided.
**Due to the custom nature of each painting, the estimated ship time is 10-14 days after the order is received.

Multiple images are accepted, listing photos from the home's real estate portfolio is preferred.
